My experience was utterly ruined by the rude concierge Fabiano, who berated me for asking about my room change. I felt unsafe due to the balcony door not staying closed and the lack of urgency to resolve it. I was greeted by ants on my first morning and found hair all over my sheets, showing a severe lack of cleanliness.

The bed was spacious, the room was neat and modern with fresh bottled water...

Fairly clean hotel with amiable employees with the manager who as well as being utterly charming was constantly drifting around the property and grounds to keep an eye on things and when necessary rolling his sleeves up and helping out the staff.

I could have almost given a good review, but that stale coffee from the bar really made me question their standards. I expected so much more, definetely not worth it!

I booked myself & 5 others at Hotel Grand Parco Del Sole and all were happy with our stay. Our air con in one of the rooms wasn't working but staff assisted us in repair when we asked. I would recommend this hotel again.

Bar man at bar pool not very friendly or personaable and rooms old fashioned.

Valentina, from reception, welcomed us the first day and it was very kind, professional and provided us with plenty of information. Fabrizio, the next day, was also really helpful and printed off our return flights. We got a flash deal so it was brilliant value for money, we loved the swimming pool and the landscape.

The location was very good and the shuttle bus service most useful for going into Sorrento even though it was just a 10 min walk. Th pool was also lovely and the amount of natural shade too.

The reception staff were not at all helpful, I had six messages which were never passed onto me. And they never smiled or greeted us, except for the young lady and in the dining room almost all the staff were unhelpful and unhappy looking. The girl who cleaned my room was always smiling and happy and that is how it should be in "bella Italia".

The pool was amazing and the rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was hearty and the large staff was friendly and efficient. We loved the week we spent here.

A mini fridge would have been nice.

Loved my stay, especially the outdoor BBQ nights with delicious fresh meats and the fun pizza-making class for adults. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, with sun loungers and a serene garden space nearby. The shuttle service to town could’ve been more frequent, but honestly, a leisurely 20-minute walk worked just fine. 🍕

I thought the facilities were very good and the staff were very helpful. They were very good at advising us on transport and helped us to plan our trips by advising us on the weather for the day as it was a little unpredictable when we were there. We liked our big room and the nice bathroom.

I thought the evening meals had a limited choice of food.

I liked the location of the hotel, and there was a shuttle bus from the hotel into Sorrento center if required. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didnot like the breakfast, the water for the tea was always cold.

Particularly Antonella. The pool offered lovely views, and the buffet included a variety of tasty options, with delicious desserts like the huge cake that stood out.

No iron in a 4 star hotel, no access to drinking water at night. no transport

Sorrento is beautiful and also is hotel. Location is good, but city center is little far. Room was clean and nice. Hotel staff was friendly and skillful. Breakfast was superb. Although our room was nice, it was a little bit worn-out. Wifi was free but it was available only at lobby.
